New design that doubles as a leash and anti-pull harness (can be made to use as a traditional leash as well)
Made custom in your choice of any two paracord colors/patterns per leash, from our in-stock inventory
A good friend of mine who fosters dogs for a rescue, turned me on to a no-pull leash idea, that I tweaked and took a little further, in pretty paracords.
It can clip to any ordinary collar, then be looped around the dogís barrel and back up through a ring, to act like a harness, discouraging pulling by applying pressure to the rib cage behind the front legs (rather than the neck/throat!) If the dog stops pulling, the pressure releases. They are in control of the pressure.
Our 85 lb lab, who easily drags me around with a normal leash/harness, is actually manageable for me to walk with this anti-pull leash! I also incorporated an easily movable stop ring, so it doesnít slip back on my female lab, who tends to get excited and jump. If you donít need the stop ring, you can remove it entirely, or move it up toward the handle to tie a poop bag onto. It can be placed anywhere along the leash to fit a dog of nearly any size, for a snug fit that helps it stay in place. The heavy duty snap hook stays on top, and you can reverse directions if you prefer to walk your dog on one side vs the other.
If your dog rarely pulls, but you may want the option to convert it to anti-pull functionality, I can configure the hardware differently too, to be used primarily like a normal leash, but easily converted to no-pull action if needed. Im hoping this could also be a very handy leash for rescues and fosters, for new dogs being transported or coming in that pull hard or try to slip out of their collars to escape.
